Payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit is needed to start the order. The rest is due when the edged weapon is complete and before shipping.
In the event of sickness or inability to complete an order on the agreed upon time, the maker reserves the right to request and extension at a discounted price or offer a percentage or full refund of the deposit depending on the amount of time and materials utilized.
Delivery, Inspection, and Completion Assurance Knives will be shipped to the Purchaser’s address using a secure, trackable method.
Once you receive your edged weapon, you have 3-7 days to inspect it.
If there are any problems, let the Seller know in writing within this period.
Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not responsible for indirect or special damages from using the knives.
Total liability will not exceed the price you paid.
Returns and Refund Policy
At Bad Chads Forge, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.
Custom Orders: Return rules for custom knives are stricter than for regular knives.
Return Window: Custom knives can only be returned within 3-7 days after delivery.
Condition: Knives must be returned unused, in new condition, with all original packaging and extras.
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of edged weapons that have been used or damaged after purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the edged weapon back to us.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. Once we receive the returned edged weapon, we will process your refund or exchange within 10-14 business days.
